Bushbuck Armourdillo Hard Shell Rooftop Tent

The disruptive hard-top design of the Armourdillo® sets it apart from traditional soft-top roof tents. The ultra-durable 3mm aluminium hard shell is robust and aerodynamic and features universal roof rail tracks so you can easily carry 4x4 equipment, bikes, kayaks, surfboards and more by adding roof racks.

The Armourdillo® is the shortest hard shell rooftop tent on the market and comes with a universal mounting system, which means it fits on almost any vehicle. The two-person model is just 1.72m long when closed, while the three-person is 2.1m.

It takes just 1-2 minutes to set up the Armourdillo® as intelligent engineering and internal gas struts do the heavy lifting for you. The tent has external and internal LED strip lights, conveniently powered by a USB power bank.

Inside the tent, you’ll sleep soundly on a comfortable 50mm high-density foam mattress. The shell has been insulated to help keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. To top it off, we’ve included a skylight for stargazing.

The outer rain cover is made of high-strength ripstop fabric with a 3000mm waterproof rating, and the main tent is made of seam-sealed poly-cotton canvas with a 2000mm waterproof rating.
